Class Descriptions

Conscious Movement

This class offers a unique approach to enhancing mobility and stability by incorporating breath-focused exercises that engage the diaphragm. Through slow and controlled movements, participants will explore the intricacies of their joints, improving lubrication, strength, and range of motion throughout the body. Special attention is given to the connection between the ribs and vertebrae, as well as the mobility of the hips. This class is suitable for all levels.

Core Awareness

This class offers a dynamic exploration of core engagement and precise movements targeting the front, side, and back body - with a special emphasis on hip mobility. This class is designed for individuals looking to enhance form and function. It may not be suitable for those brand new to exercise.
