Similar to the Conscious Movement classes, the intermediate class also uses verbal cues to take the body into strong controlled movements. Conscious Movement classes or private sessions are a prerequisite to this class, or approval from the instructor first.
This class basically depends on the audience, some weeks it may be more intermediate. If a few first timers are in the class expect a more low key class. Saturday classes always have a more fun relaxed feel to them. Come because you enjoy getting to know your body, come to relax and strengthen all in one session.
TRX is suspension based form of movement. With the assistance of the TRX straps one uses their own body weight to build muscle.
A Private session or Beginner TRX is a prerequisite, or approval from the instructor.
